Packaging design

Two seconds — that’s how long packaging has to catch a shopper’s eye on a shelf where hundreds of other products compete for attention. We design packaging that wins those two seconds: for food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, household products, baby care and pet food.

Scope of work

  • Shelf and competitor analysis
  • Creative concepts
  • Packaging graphics
  • New products and redesigns
  • Adaptation to new formats and sizes
  • Language versions

Product ranges and brand architecture

One brand, twenty products, three categories — and everything has to look like a family, not like random neighbours on a shelf. We design systems that hold together even at the twenty-fifth SKU, including private label ranges for retailers.

Scope of work

  • Brand architecture
  • Variant and colour system
  • Range development rules
  • Private label
  • Range extensions
  • Guidelines for future SKUs

Examples

03

Label design

A label is the smallest advertising space in the world. We design labels where every millimetre and every line of text matters — and where limited space is a challenge, not an excuse.

Scope of work

  • Dietary supplement labels
  • Food labels
  • Wine, spirits and beverage labels
  • Information hierarchy
  • Mandatory information
  • Language versions

Examples

04

Branding and key visuals

Packaging without a brand is just a pretty box. We create visual identities, brand characters and key visuals that make the product, the campaign and the trade stand speak with one voice.

Scope of work

  • Visual identity
  • Logo and brand mark
  • Characters and illustrations
  • Key visuals
  • Campaign materials
  • Consistent communication

Examples

05

3D visualisation

We show your product before it exists: photorealistic packaging visualisations for the shelf, campaigns and e-commerce. It may not have been produced yet — but in the visualisation, it is already selling.

Scope of work

  • 3D packshots
  • Full-range visualisations
  • Styled scenes
  • E-commerce images
  • Presentations for retailers
  • Campaign materials

Examples

06

AI image generation and rendering

We generate and render photorealistic product images: packshots, lifestyle scenes and campaign visuals — without a costly photo shoot and at the pace the market demands. Every image is checked by a designer, and the packaging in it stays true to the design down to the last detail.

Scope of work

  • AI-generated product images
  • Lifestyle scenes and settings
  • Photorealistic rendering
  • E-commerce and marketplace images
  • Campaign and social media variants
  • Retouching and post-production
07

Labelling compliance

Minimum font sizes, correct EAN codes, highlighted allergens, the right markings for every market — we apply them from the very first sketch, so the design doesn’t bounce back for corrections just before printing.

Scope of work

  • Food labelling
  • Allergen highlighting
  • EAN codes
  • Minimum font sizes
  • Market-specific markings
  • Language versions

10How we work

Four stages. Nothing left to chance.

Every design decision is grounded in brand strategy, the realities of the shelf and print technology. After each stage, you know exactly what you’re getting.

  1. 01

    Brief and shelf analysis

We get to know the brand, the competition and the sales channel. We check how the product will look alongside its competitors on the shelf.

You getAnalysis findings and project direction

  2. 02

    Creative concepts

We present several directions in realistic visualisations. You can see straight away how the packaging will perform in store.

  3. 03

    Range development

We refine the chosen direction and roll it out across the range: variants, sizes, markets and language versions.

  4. 04

    Print-ready files

We prepare production files, check them with the printer and make sure the result on the shelf matches the approved design.

11Who we work for

For brands of every size.

We bring the same care to global corporations and to companies launching their very first product.

FMCG manufacturers

New products, redesigns and full range development — for brands fighting for attention on a crowded shelf.

Retailers

Private labels that build trust in the retailer and compete on quality with manufacturer brands.

New brands

From name and identity to the first pack — a solid start for products entering the market.

12Getting started

From first message to project kick-off.

Getting started is simple, and you don’t need a finished brief — we’ll help you put one together.

  1. 01

    Conversation

Write to us or book an online meeting. Tell us about the product, the market and your timeline.

  2. 02

    Brief and proposal

We clarify the scope and prepare a proposal with a schedule and a breakdown into stages.

  3. 03

    Project kick-off

Once the proposal is accepted, we start with the shelf analysis and first concepts.

13Questions

Questions about working with us.

Can’t find your question? Get in touch

How long does packaging design take?

It depends on the scope. A single label is a different project from a packaging system for dozens of SKUs across several markets.

After the brief we prepare a schedule with deadlines for every stage — from concept to print-ready files — and we stick to it.

How much does packaging design cost?

Every project is quoted individually. The cost depends mainly on the scope of work, the number of variants, markets and language versions, and whether 3D visualisations are needed.

After our conversation we prepare a proposal broken down into stages, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

How many creative concepts will I get?

We start by presenting several different creative directions — the exact number is agreed in the proposal, depending on the scope. Each direction is shown in realistic visualisations, so you can immediately see how the packaging will work on the shelf.

Who owns the rights to the design?

Once the project is completed and paid for, we assign the economic copyright in the design to the client, within the fields of use specified in the agreement.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)?

Yes. We often work on products that have not yet been launched, so confidentiality is standard practice for us.

Do you take care of legal labelling requirements?

Yes. Minimum font sizes, allergen highlighting, EAN codes and the markings required in each market are built in from the very first sketch. The final wording of legal information is approved by the client.

Do you work with clients outside Poland?

Yes. Our designs are on shelves in Europe, Asia, Africa and the United States. We work remotely, hold meetings online and prepare designs in multiple language versions.

Can you refresh existing packaging?

Yes. A redesign starts with an analysis of what customers already recognise — colours, logo, layout. We keep what works for the brand and change what holds it back, so loyal customers can still find the product easily.
